On Wednesday, March 5 at 6 pm, our current AIR_Frankfurt guest artist Sasha Velichko will talk about her artistic practice and her project ideas. 
 

Sasha Velichko is an Belarusian artist researching political themes, post-truth, propaganda, trauma and especially traumatic experiences. With a master degree in radiophysics, she applies her scientific background to her artistic practice, creating works that fuse technology and art.

Am Mittwoch, den 5. März um 18 Uhr wird unsere aktuelle AIR_Frankfurt Gastkünstlerin Sasha Velichko über ihre künstlerische Praxis und ihre Projektideen sprechen.
 

Sasha Velichko ist eine belarussische Künstlerin, die sich mit politischen Themen, Post-Wahrheit, Propaganda, Trauma und insbesondere traumatischen Erfahrungen beschäftigt. Mit einem Master-Abschluss in Radiophysik überträgt sie ihren wissenschaftlichen Hintergrund auf ihre künstlerische Praxis und schafft Werke, die Technologie und Kunst miteinander verbinden.

On Wednesday, February 19, our current AIR_Frankfurt guest artist Alexandre Caretti will talk about his artistic practice and his project ideas. The three-month residency in Frankfurt is a cooperation with the CEAAC in Strasburg.

We cordially invite you to Jerome Kugans exhibition Time is a Donut opening December 12 at 7 p.m.

Time is a Donut is the title of Jerome Kugan's exhibition in the basis project space, which presents works from his residency in Frankfurt. On display are three series of works that deal with the personal experience of time and its intertwining with memories.

Time is a Donut, die Zeit ist ein Donut, so der Titel der Ausstellung von Jerome Kugan im Projektraum der basis, die Arbeiten aus seiner Residenz in Frankfurt vorstellt. Gezeigt werden drei Werkserien, die sich mit dem persönlichen Erleben von Zeit und dessen Verflechtung mit Erinnerungen befassen.
