The exhibition's public programme is curated by Collective Çukurcuma, co-founded by Mine Kaplangı. Through podcasts, reading group sessions,filmscreenings and talks it focuses on transnational examples of how one can move from ones into a ‘we’, via visual and oral records in current art discussions. It will be launched both on basis’ Vimeo and Instagram accounts.

In the exhibition Flint House Lizard, Ani Schulze presents the film of the same name as well as fabric works and drawings. They form a fragmentary narrative in which the effects of the sun on our human behaviour serve as her starting point.
Unter dem Titel Flint House Lizard versammelt Ani Schulze den gleichnamigen Film sowie installative Stoffarbeiten und Zeichnungen in einer Ausstellung bei basis. Sie bilden eine fragmentarische Erzählung, bei der die Auswirkungen der Sonne auf unser menschliches Verhalten als Ausgangspunkt dienen.

The exhibition "Project Space" marks the conclusion of Elina Juopperi's three-month AIR_Frankfurt residence at basis in cooperation with HIAP in Helsinki. The artist uses the basis project space as a field of experimentation for new works completed during her stay at basis.
