Wir laden Sie herzlich zur Eröffnung der Ausstellung "The moment's already passing” von Soohyun Koo (*1983, Seoul) im basis-Projektraum am 21. Oktober um 19 Uhr ein. Die multimediale Ausstellung "The moment's already passing" beschließt Soohyun KOO's dreimonatige AIR_Frankfurt Künstlerinnen-Residency bei basis e.V. Frankfurt und zeigt die vor Ort neu entstandenen Arbeiten.
AIR_Frankfurt ist eine Kooperation von basis e.V. und MMCA Residency Goyang und wird unterstützt vom Kulturamt der Stadt Frankfurt.

We cordially invite you to the opening of the exhibition “The moment's already passing” by Soohyun Koo (*1983, Seoul) on September 21st at 7pm at basis project space. The multimedial exhibition concludes Soohyun Koo's three-month AIR_Frankfurt artist residency at basis e.V. Frankfurt presenting four new works.
AIR_Frankfurt is a cooperation by basis e.V. and MMCA Residency Goyang and is supported by the Cultural Department of the city of Frankfurt.

«„Moment“ and „disappearance“ were the points of origin for the four installations, presented in the exhibition. I tried to connect things that are not connected to each other, not asking where they have come from or where they’re going and to dismiss everything, that can not be caught. The thread between them are thoughts about limited time, a feeling of flowing and floating.» (Soohyun Koo)

AIR_Frankfurt Open Call: Antwerpen 2018

Antwerpen ist die Partnerstadt, auf die sich interessierte Bildende Frankfurter Künstler_innen noch bis zum 1. Oktober 2017 bewerben können. Der geförderte Aufenthalt bei AIR Antwerpen findet im April, Mai und Juni 2018 statt. Bildende Künstler_innen, die ihren Lebens- und Arbeitsmittelpunkt in Frankfurt haben, können sich mit einem Motivationsschreiben und Arbeitsprojekt für einen dreimonatigen Aufenthalt bewerben.

AIR_Frankfurt open call: Antwerp 2018

Antwerp is one of the partner-cities of AIR_Frankfurt 2018. The residency at AIR Antwerpen takes place in April, May and June 2018. Young artists who predominantly live and work in Frankfurt can apply with a motivational letter and a workproposal for a funded three-months residency.
