Öffentliche Führung durch die Ausstellung "Perspicuus" von Jakob Emdal & Jonas Kasper JensenMithilfe von Fotografie, Installation, Sound und Malerei nimmt die Ausstellung insbesondere die konstante Entwicklung unterschiedlicher Formen des Bildes im Kontext des technologischen Fortschritts und geschichtlicher Veränderungen in den Blick. Die Führung ist kostenlos und findet in deutscher Sprache statt. Eine zweite Führung findet am 11.7.18 statt.

Koyuki Kazahaya - Transient Landscapes Frankfurt / HiroshimaWir laden herzlich zur Eröffnung der Ausstellung „Transient Landscapes Frankfurt / Hiroshima” von Koyuki Kazahaya im basis-Projektraum am 20. Juni 2018 um 19 Uhr ein.
Die Ausstellung beschließt Koyuki Kazahaya’s (*1987 Ibaraki, Japan) dreimonatige AIR_Frankfurt Künstlerinnen-Residenz bei basis e.V. Frankfurt und zeigt ihre vor Ort neu entstandenen Arbeiten. Koyuki Kazahaya beschäftigt sich in ihrer künstlerischen Praxis mit Erinnerungen, Sequenzen und Spuren, die bestimmten Orten anhaften, welche durch menschliches Einwirken, das Ausbeuten natürlicher Ressourcen oder Katastrophen einem Wandel unterlagen. In ihren (großformatigen) Zeichnungen und Projektionen kombiniert Kazahaya Landschaften aus Japan mit Landschaften aus Ländern, in denen sie lebte oder reiste. basis-Projektraum, Elbestraße 10 HH | | | |

Koyuki Kazahaya - Transient Landscapes Frankfurt / HiroshimaWe cordially invite you to the opening of the exhibition “Transient Landscapes Frankfurt / Hiroshima” by Koyuki Kazahaya on June 20th at 7pm at basis project space. The exhibition concludes Koyuki Kazahaya’s (*1987 Ibaraki, Japan) three-month AIR_Frankfurt artist residency at basis e.V. Frankfurt. Koyuki Kazahaya’s work is about memories, sequences and trails attached to specific locations that have been transformed by human activity and abandoned after natural resources were depleted or a disaster has happened. In her (large scale) drawings and projections, Kazahaya combines landscapes from Japan with landscapes from countries where she has been living or traveling in Europe. basis project space, Elbestraße 10 |
