Liebe basis-Mieter*innen der Gutleutstraße,
ihr werdet schon festgestellt haben, dass wir die Heizung, trotz der herbstlichen Temperaturen, noch nicht in Betrieb genommen haben. Das liegt zum einen daran, dass eine Reparatur
am Heizkreislauf vor der Inbetriebnahme durchgeführt werden muss.
Zum anderen sind wir, wie alle, dringend gehalten, aufgrund der aktuellen Gaspreise, Energie zu sparen. Wenn wir so heizen wie im letzten Jahr, haben wir mit bis zu vierfachen Kosten
zu rechnen. Diese Mehrkosten sind nurzu minimieren, wenn wir uns alle verantwortlich verhalten und möglichst Energie sparen. Sobald die Heizung repariert ist, werden wir natürlich
in einem vertretbaren Maß heizen. Im Moment läuft unsererseits eine Anfrage wegen einer Unterstützung beim Land Hessen und der Stadt Frankfurt.
Da die Mehrkosten auch durch eine mögliche Unterstützung nicht zu 100% aufzufangen sein werden, sind wir gemeinsam angehalten, Energie (Gas und Strom) zu sparen.

Dear basis tenants of Gutleutstraße,
You will have noticed that we have not yet put the heating system into operation, despite the autumn temperatures. On the one hand, this is due to the fact that a repair on
the heating circuit must be carried out before it can be put into operation.
On the other hand, like everyone, we are urged to save energy due to the current gas prices. If we heat the way we did last year, we can expect to pay up to four times as much.
These additional costs can only be minimized if we all behave responsibly and conserve energy whenever possible. As soon as the heating is repaired, we will of course heat at
a reasonable rate.
At the moment we are inquiring about support from the state of Hesse and the city of Frankfurt. Since the additional costs will not be covered fully even by a possible
financial support, we are encouraged to do our best to save energy (gas and electricity) together.
