Liebe Gutleutstraße,
am 5. Februar haben wir einen Termin für eine Hausbegehung mit VertreterInnen der Stadt, für anstehende Sanierungsarbeiten. In vereinzelten Fällen müssen wir eventuell mit unserem Schlüssel in eure die
Studios rein, damit ihr vorgewarnt sei. Wir werden aber in jedem Fall dabei sein und dafür sorgen, dass nichts angerührt wird. Wenn ihr nur dafür sorgen könntet, dass die Räume einigermaßen zugänglich sind.
Bitte auch bis zum 4. Februar alle Fluchträume und Flure frei räumen, damit nichts mehr im Weg steht.

on February 5th we have an appointment for a house inspection with representatives of the city, for upcoming renovation work. In some cases we might have to enter your studios with our key,
so that you are warned. But we will be there in any case and make sure that nothing is touched. If only you could make sure that the rooms are reasonably accessible. Please also clear all escape
rooms and corridors by February 4th.
